Prior senior sourcing roles at TIAA ($250M portfolio) and Equitable. Early career in DoD contracting — where the discipline started.
Jim brings 22 years of acquisition experience from the U.S. Department of Defense, where he progressed through contracting, procurement, and senior analyst roles supporting major aircraft and weapon-system programs. Expertise in requirements development, contract design, incentive strategy, and stakeholder alignment — applied to portfolios exceeding $1B. Continues independent DoD consulting alongside his work at ViaBridge.
